My mother fell and had to get stitches near her right temple. They were efficient and friendly. My mom's a nurse and said they did everything the way she would have. 5 days later, the removed the stitches with no charge. They even stopped me the other day asking how she was and remembered her name.
I had a negative experience with this place. I went in with a furuncle (boil), and I was prescribed an antibiotic for a UTI, which wasn’t the right treatment for my condition. Over the next week, my infection worsened. When I went back, the doctor made an incision and I was given stitches when he shouldn't have. Since I was still feeling unwell, I saw another doctor, who confirmed that neither the antibiotic nor the cream I was originally given were appropriate for treating the infection. After receiving the correct treatment, my condition started improving. Based on my experience, I recommend seeking a second opinion if a treatment doesn’t seem to be working or for more serious matters.
Everyone was so knowledgeable and nice and patient! They explained things to us thoroughly, even in English! We were taking care of immediately by the kindest angels. They took us to get x-rays, stitches, and cleaned us up well. We could not have hoped for better care. Nicole and Johan calmly explained everything to us every step of the way. We wish all of our health care experiences were this loving.
