Maramar

Outsite Maramar is truly breathtaking. There is a view of the ocean from every room in the house where you can watch an absolutely magical sunrise and sunset every day. The rooms are huge, with air conditioning and a desk in every one. There is also an enclosed coworking space beside the kitchen with air conditioning. It is very relaxed, so be prepared for quiet time immersed in wildlife, or head down to Outsite Playa to meet others. It's located ~10 minute walk up a treacherous hill in the jungle (no stairs), so be prepared to spent $50-70 a day on an ATV. Trust me - I am athletic and I was starting to plan my day around how often I had to walk up and down. You will be dripping sweat if you do it during the day. My absolute favourite thing about Maramar is Josefina, the Community Manager. Josefina is incredibly responsive, warm, and welcoming from day one, Josefina has a rare talent for making everyone feel instantly at home 🩷 Definitely book this location!

This location is divine, heaven, pure bliss. The view is absolutely unbeatable, in the heart of nature. Maramar is a beautiful community and even with the steep drive up to the location, after a few trips on the ATV you feel really comfortable. I stayed at this location and then the playa location, and both have their plus'. Maramar is definitely the more beautiful of the two, If you prefer a view and environment more than walkability I would 100% recommend this location. The view from every level of the house is truly spectacular, you'll have a hard time even wanting to leave.

One of the most beautiful Outsites I have stayed at! It's located on top of a very steep hill, but the view is absolutely breathtaking and worth it. The space is very calming and makes you never want to leave. The people I met were great as well! Only suggestion would be if you want a more zen / chill experience, stay here; but if you want to meet / socialize / have proximity to everything, stay at Playa. Can't go wrong with either though :)
