Wonderful yoga shalas outside with a seaview and great massages. Staff at Tropico Latino and the spa are always so nice and welcoming. Will definitely come back next time I am in ST!

Took a day trip to Santa Teresa. Dropped in for the yin yoga class. It was lovely and relaxing to practice looking at the ocean. I can't remember the instructor's name, but she was so kind and helpful. I felt very calm and limber after the class. Thank you!!
