Nicoya Villas in Mal Pais

Another amazing stay at Nicoya Villas. Our unit was so clean and new and it was very spacious and comfortable. We stayed with another couple and each had plenty of room to do our own thing. The villa feels luxurious and has everything you need from a stocked kitchen to really nice furniture and decorations. I loved waking up and having my coffee on the balcony under the palm trees and cooling off in the gorgeous pool. Everything was really clean, beds were very comfortable, and it was a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to the beach and the tourist area is a very quick ride or a leisurely walk away. It was also very safe, we walked around everywhere. This was my second trip to Santa Theresa, and I won’t stay anywhere else. Nicoya Villas has it all — comfort, convenience, great location, and fun amenities.

So relaxing, beautiful refreshing pool with awesome outdoor showers, really comfy rooms and friendly helpful staff. Can’t wait to back!!

Our best stay in Costa Rica so far. We loved our unit: high end finishing, ice cold ac, fully stocked kitchen and dining areas and comfy beds. The place was immaculately clean and we felt very safe and at home. Location was really good too, it was very close to the main strip and the beach. The pool was perfect for after a hot day. Will definitely be back!
