Pura Vida Surfers Lessons and Lodging

I’ve been surfing with Pura Vida Surf for the last three days and I’m honestly so grateful. The whole team is incredibly kind and supportive! You can really feel how much they care about your progress and confidence in the water. I surfed mostly with Allan, Hugo and Niko all of them gave me some insanely helpful tips, great feedback and plenty of confidence boosts, but truly the whole team is amazing. Each session is filmed/photos are taken from July, she always catches the right moments, which makes it so easy to spot what to improve. Friendly reception, fresh fruit after sessions, and real progress! I’ve learned so much already and can’t recommend them enough! 🌞 Thank you :)

Had a private lesson with Reuben, what a pro! Super clear instructions, he gave me a lot of information to work with to progress in my surfing. Jimena came to take photos and video as well! They gave me some wax to touch up my board and even gave me a ride back to my apartment after class since was going in that direction. Super kind people, very fair price and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into surfing or to step their game to the next level! 10/10 👌🏽

I have surfed all over the world and Pura Vida Surfers is my #1 pick for improving my surf skills. Last year I couldn’t catch a wave, and this year, I have learned so much in the week and progressed my surfing. All the instructors make you feel so comfortable and safe in the water, and make every bit of surf so fun! Special shout out to July, Allan, and Niko for being so incredible 🙌🏻
