Clean rooms and refreshing plunge pool. Right on the main road and close to everything! Exceptional staff - Abi and David addressed our immediate concerns super conveniently through WhatsApp or a simple office visit! If you get their breakfast option, you're able to use your voucher next door at Aroma - delicious smoothies and probably the best tuna bowl I've ever had. Will definitely come back :)

The Ventura Santa Theresa was a fantastic spot for our family - the standout at this hotel is definitely the service from the day we booked to the day we departed. The front desk/office team was literally there for any and every question and were prompt in responding to even the smallest of requests. They assisted in planning activities and hooked us up with incredible tours with locals who were able to take us to spots that many other vacationers were unaware of. The hotel is super clean and modernized and in a very centralized location. The sheets, beds and pillows were super comfy and the housekeeping team did a lovely job refreshing our rooms every day. And while some of the rooms are on the smaller side, in all honesty we wanted to spend most of our time outdoors anyway. The plunge pool in the rear of the hotel, while small as noted in other reviews, was incredibly refreshing after a day at the beach in the sun and we used the upstairs verandas every night for happy hour.

Our stay was, without exaggeration, the best experience we’ve ever had. From the very beginning everything was outstanding, starting with the complimentary room upgrade to a much nicer room at no extra cost. That gesture alone made a big difference. The room was spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. It featured a balcony with a hammock—perfect for relaxing after the beach—excellent air conditioning, and a very well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, utensils, paper towels, and all the essentials. There were also plenty of hooks and practical storage spaces, which may seem like a small detail but truly makes a difference. The bathroom was fully stocked with quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping was done daily. They also provided beach and pool towels, which was a great added touch. The location is excellent—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to fully relax. They also offer parking, which makes the stay even more convenient if you’re traveling by car. The staff truly elevated the experience. Abigail was especially kind and proactive, checking in about our arrival time and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and attentive. This hotel perfectly combines comfort, thoughtful design, and genuine hospitality. It was an exceptional stay from start to finish. 10 out of 10. We would absolutely return.
