Villa Kaleo is a hilltop house in central Santa Teresa where the view does the talking and the pool is built for spending the whole day in. The design is sharp — three AC bedrooms with full glass sliders — with daily cleaning and turndown, and it sits right next to the Mint hotel's bar for sunset. Owner Johny is hands-on and quick to fix anything. The driveway is steep, so bring a 4x4.
