About
A set of villas a short drive from Santa Teresa and Mal País, handy for its location and clean, spacious cabins. Guests single out attentive service staff—Martha and Magdalena get named—and note it's pet-friendly. Reviews split sharply on the experience, with some praising the comfort and others reporting facility and service problems, so it's worth confirming the specifics of your unit before booking.

Excellent place, comfortable, very close to everything, the owner is very attentive, the staff is very friendly, and the facilities are in excellent condition. Highly recommended.
Very bad service. We were there and the power went out at 6 p.m. and never came back. The cabins don't have emergency lights, they don't have a generator to provide power for our cell phones. We were cut off from communication and couldn't cook in the darkness. We asked the owner for a solution, and he rudely told us to cook early and use their cell phones for lighting. When all the cell phones were off, and without power, the cabins were full of cockroaches, and they started coming out. They don't have pots to cook in, and we were disappointed with an elderly woman with us. It was very bad service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They didn't recognize us at all. AND TRULY, SIR. YOU SHOULD TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE AND NOT ANSWER YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WAY.
AWFUL. There's no other word to describe our stay at these villas. We stayed in the Manzanillo house. There were six adults and two children: a one-and-a-half-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy. We were originally supposed to be seven adults, but we ended up being six. The house had three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with bunk beds. When we arrived, the owner of the villas took the sheets and blankets from one of the single bunk beds because the seventh person wasn't coming, and children aren't entitled to a bed; they "should sleep with their mothers." The refrigerator didn't work, and our fruit and some dairy products spoiled. Even so, the owner said it was working perfectly. In the bathroom, the toilet started leaking, and all they did was put a towel under the leak. The pool does not comply with Law 7600, meaning it is not accessible for people with disabilities. There are steps, but they lack handrails or an access ramp; only the steps are accessible. The staff at the convenience store are excellent, and the service is incredible. However, the owner of the villas needs to take a customer service course.
