I’ve been to many yoga classes in Santa Teresa and I can honestly say yoga at Cabinas with Alma is the very best. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful which comes through in her teaching style. Her classes are always well thought out, flow extremely well, and are a perfect balance of strength, stretch and relaxation. She makes sure you are doing the postures safely and assists you when needed.

Best yoga class in santa by far!! The flow is amazing and the class is open for all levels and equally enjoyable and challenging whether you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga for years. Alma is so helpful and the energy and vibe is great and very unique!
