Zuma Tours Santa Teresa

We booked their tour from Santa Teresa to Uvita. The service was awesome! Their buses were new and modern with AC. The staff always double confirmed your name and destination, which eased our nervousness. The taxi boat part was enjoyable and efficient, as it saved a lot of time compared to traveling on land. Their drivers were skillful and able to avoid the holes on the road.

We had an incredible experience with Zuma Tour. Everything was perfectly organized, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. The tour itself was beautiful and well planned, and the level of service truly stood out. A special thank you to Alejandro, whose service was absolutely amazing. EXCEPTIONAL TOUR!! The tour ran on time, the guides were superbly communicative, spoke fluent English & best of all were highly knowledgeable about their local culture & lands. We did the Tortuga Island & Snorkeling tour & they explained the history of what makes Tortuga special. They played fantastic music on the boat to & from the island & even took requests! I’m not a great swimmer (in fact, I’m pretty bad) but I felt comfortable within the life jacket, boat & during the excursion. There were soooo many different types of fish to see when you snorkel & it was relieving to have proper equipment & instructions on how to best enjoy the experience. Thoroughly enjoyed it! I went out of my Way to tip one of the tour guides as he was just a pleasure to be around. It was our Honeymoon & he made a flower out of flower stems & gave it to me so I could gift it to my wife - talk about going above & beyond! She was absolutely thrilled!! 10/10 tour company - don’t book with anyone else!!
