The welcome sets the tone: guests arrive to a smoothie and then have tea and coffee on hand for the whole stay. Rooms come spotlessly clean and comfortable, some with AC and a shared fridge, and Jose looks after guests with the kind of attention that makes people say they would stay again without hesitation. It sits right by the beach in Tortuguero.

Very clean and welcoming. We were welcomed with a smoothie upon entry and had unlimited access to tea and coffee throughout our stay. The owner is so lovely and considerate. Would 100% stays again.
The rooms were very comfortable and had air conditioning, although we didn't use it during our stay. The service was excellent, coffee and tea were always available, and there was a refrigerator for shared use. Everything was very clean. All in all, a very good option for accommodation in Tortuguero.
