Hotel Tortuguero Beachfront

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful surroundings in fabulous gardens and gorgeous pool. Rooms were outstanding. Staff were warm, friendly and made such an effort to ensure my husband had a wonderful 60th. Above and beyond, thank you 😊 x

Nice hotel on the Caribbean. When sitting on the Resorts beach chairs you couldn't see the ocean for the plants. They allowed us to bring the chairs to the beach to sit. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.

We had a really bad experience at this place. We were charged 500 dollars for two nights for a tiny room with two beds. The room was very dirty, bedsheets stained and the toilet extremely outdated, dirty and with no hot water. We slept dressed because we were apprehensive to lie down on the dirty bed, We complained the next morning and cancelled the second night but they did not return money, despite agreeing to transfer back the money. The hotel is near a beach in which you cannot swim and the swimming pool is not maintained at all. Avoid at all costs. Hands down the worst hotel in Costa Rica!! And run by an untrustworthy hotel owner.
