I had booked two 90-minute massages for my partner and me a week in advance and confirmed the day before. Unfortunately, that night, my partner woke up with severe dental pain. After an emergency doctor's visit, we were strictly advised against her laying down until her root canal was done. I had to cancel our appointments (see photos of the chat) just one hour before the scheduled time. Not only was the team incredibly understanding, but they were also exceptionally sweet and supportive. They easily rebooked both of us for later in the week and wished her a speedy recovery. Outstanding customer service like this is rare and so deeply appreciated! This wasn't our first visit, so I already knew their therapists were top-notch. If you are in the southern zone and looking for a piece of heaven, this is an absolute must-visit!
