The casado earns specific praise — huge, and it comes with a beet salad — and portions run big across the board, from shrimp Alfredo to a rare-seared tuna with chutney. Reviewers are frank that the building is a little rough around the edges, and just as frank that the kitchen makes up for it. Close to Dominical without feeling touristy. Closed Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Nice place for a meal, but the price does not reflect the amptophere. Pool tiles were missing and I could see people's laundry drying in the place below the restaurant. That being said for 6 of us to eat and spend several hours at there pool and lounging beside it the price came to about 120k colon. So yeah worth it.

Beautiful restaurant with free pool use for paying customers. The food is excellent. Their Casado is huge and comes with a beet salad. We went there several times a few years ago while visiting and now that we live here temporarily, we make it a point to go back often.
