About
A quiet beach with rock formations and small caves south of Dominical, best known in reviews for its sunsets — one visitor came back a second evening just for the show. The beach and parking are free, and one reviewer tells of meeting descendants of the Amancio the point is named for. Two honest cautions repeat: the track down from the highway is steep and rough enough that a 4x4 is strongly advised, and the rock outcrops should only be crossed at low tide — waves and rising water have caught people out.

Breath taking sunsets. We went twice while staying near Dominical. Free beach and free parking. Bonus: we went to The Bakery for dessert and coffee afterwards, just 3 minutes down the road.
Really quiet beach with caves and rocks. Very bumpy track down. Glad I wasn’t driving!
Met the descedants of the long departed Amancio and had the local VIP experience:)
