About
A tiny Mexican taco spot near the Liberia bus station, run by a chef from Mexico, where the birria tacos are what pull people back — one traveler added a night in Liberia just to eat here again. Reviewers also rave about the tostadas and birria quesadilla, and the friendly service in a clean, relaxed room. A couple note it runs a little pricey.

A ridiculously good taco spot. I came here last week and added an extra night to Liberia on the end of my trip to enjoy it again… birria tacos were great - though I’m sure everything on the menu is just as flavourful. Thank you Al Chile!!! 10/10 recommend if you’re stopping in Liberia (very near the bus station too).
Had some time to kill before flight back to Ottawa. Just happened to come by this place and we were soo happy we did. We all agreed the Mexican food was fantastic. Birria tacos were best my daughter ever had, Tostados I had were out of this world (see photo), and my wife's birria quesadilla was picture worthy and phenomenal. Definitely meals we will be talking about for years. So glad we stumbled on Al Chile.
Al Chile serves up some delicious authentic Mexican food. I went 3 days in a row when I was in Liberia. -Clean and relaxing vibe -Very friendly staff, it is worth a visit!
