One of Liberia's standout restaurants, where reviewers who eat out a lot rank it the best meal of their Costa Rica trip. The mixed ceviche comes up again and again for how fresh it is, alongside melt-in-your-mouth braised beef ribs and lomo with tostones. Warm, attentive service — Rachel gets named — handles even large family groups without a hitch.

We have been there on Jan 9 for a dinner. what I can say ? A+. If I could do 6 stars I would do it. We live in San Francisco bay area and our bar for the restaurants is high. This place is fantastic. The quuality, grade, service, and the taste was fantastic. we took 5 starters and 4 main dishes and everything was great. Bravo.
Astorga is an absolute gem. The lunch menu is excellent, and the dinner even better – especially the mixed ceviche, which is incredibly fresh and full of flavour. A special shout-out to Rachel, whose warm and attentive service makes the whole experience feel genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended.
We came in as a group of 11 after a very long day of hiking. The staff was kind accommodating, great service, and fast cause boy were we hungry. Best of all the food was amazing. I had the lomo with tostones and ceviche. Sooooo so fresh. So tasty. Of all the places we ate in Costa Rica, this was the best!!!!
