Simple, clean rooms just 20 meters from the Manuel Antonio park entrance — closer than the official parking lot, close enough to hear howler monkeys at dawn. Rooms are furnished for families or small groups, the A/C works well, and there's ample parking and eateries within a short walk. Come knowing it's basic: no hot water, and the sign is easy to miss behind the foliage. Unbeatable for an early park start.

Price and location cannot be beat! Just meters from the park entrance. At dawn, we could hear the howler monkeys from our room. Across the street from coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Simple, clean accommodations & ample parking. All rooms are furnished for a family or small group, with one double and 3 single beds. A/c works very well. Bathroom with shower in room plus three outdoor showers and outdoor sinks for washing clothes & dishes. As with many beach hotels in Costa Rica, there is no hot water. The hotel was hard to find, because the sign is hidden behind foliage. Bring your own blankets. Weak wifi signal.
Great place
Great location! Especially if you just want an overnight stay before your visit to Manuel Antonio National Park (and arrive at the end of the day), as it's literally 20 meters from the entrance, closer than the official parking lot. The room is simple but spacious and matches the description and photos. Nothing more, nothing less. Plenty of eateries nearby, within a 10-minute walk, ranging from simple and quiet to more cozy. The breakfast spot across the street has excellent breakfasts!
