About
A roadside soda in Manuel Antonio built inside a converted school bus — the kitchen's in the bus, the tables spill around it, and the beach is about a hundred steps away. It's a casual, lively stop for fish tacos, tuna or dragon burgers, and fruit smoothies, with friendly service in English and Spanish. Come for the beachside setting and the easygoing vibe — it's a laid-back bite, not a fine-dining seafood house.

This roadside soda in Manuel Antonio operates out of a bus, with tables set up around it, which creates a nice and lively atmosphere. We chose it both for the vibe and because it had good Google reviews. The waiter was very kind and helpful, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. The seafood dishes were expensive for what they were. Portions were not large, the fish was overcooked, and while the flavor itself was okay, the quality did not match the price. In one of the seafood dishes, there was a fly, which we chose not to mention at the time. It didn’t work for us overall.
Delicious food! The dragon burger and the fries were great. I also loved that the bus was converted to a kitchen very cool and you could walk 100 steps and be at the beach
Friendly, casual restaurant where the kitchen is an old school bus. Close to the beach- I had wonderfully fresh fish tacos that were delicious and hit the spot. The portion was a good size- 4 tacos and so I took 2 home with me. To drink I had the Pacific smoothie- it was just what I needed after a couple of hours on the beach. Staff is efficient and very friendly- Catherine and Freddy. Highly recommended!
