Treehouse Yoga

A wonderful practice with Carolina! It was my grandson's first experience with yoga and she was a wonderful guide and made him feel so welcomed. The other local yogis that joined the class added to the positive energy. Of course the view was spectacular and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Treehouse yoga at sunset was truly unforgettable. Practicing high in the trees, surrounded by jungle sounds, warm air, and the most beautiful views felt grounding and magical all at once. Carolina guided the class with so much presence and care, creating a space that felt calm, welcoming, and deeply connected to nature. The sounds of the jungle, the heat, and the golden light. Such a beautiful way to practice yoga and experience Costa Rica, highly, highly recommend!! Thank you Carolina cant wait to come back Sydney & Shane Manitoba Canada

Amazing location. Amazing instructor. One of my first times doing yoga but was great to follow and you can easily make the poses easier / more advanced! Very personal and calming. Did both the morning and the sunset yoga a few times which both had great aspects🤍
