Right in the heart of downtown Montezuma, steps from the beach, with a complimentary breakfast that turns guests into regulars — the banana pancakes get named again and again. Rooms are clean with strong AC, and you can use the pool and restaurant at sister resort Ylang Ylang. The attached restaurant draws people in on its own.

This is a great little hotel in a perfect location in Montezuma Beach. The rooms are clean & comfortable with AC & hot water. They have a shelf with a safe for storage, but not night stands or dressers. The have indoor & outdoor dining areas and they serve a great complimentary breakfast. None of the other hotels offer this that I know. You can also use their sister resort’s (Ylang Ylang) pool & restaurant. This is a great addition. The staff is very friendly & they do everything they can to make sure you enjoy the stay.
We love Sano Banano!! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We were In Montezuma for a week and ate here 5 times. Ishmael was so kind, funny and informative!!
Funky cool place. In the heart of town. We stayed just one night cuz our plans were to drive up the coast.
