Sunshine Sanctuary

This place is an absolute must. We just finished a trip through La Fortuna, Montezuma, Samara and anywhere else our Suzuki Jimny would take us on our 10 day trip. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best spot we stayed by far. Private walking road to the waterfalls from the hotel where we did morning swims totally alone before breakfast. The room was immaculate. HOT showers! The breakfast was so nice every morning... we sat on top of the rooftop patio and took in the beautiful ocean view. Monkeys greeted us at our room balcony when we checked in. The sunrises from our room were absolutely gorgeous. . I can't say enough about this place. We didn't use the pool but it was clean and beautiful. There is something very unique about the vibe/aura of the place that gave us the most serene sense of calm. 10/10. Don't sleep on this place!

I highly suggest booking a stay here! We initially booked 2 nights but stayed for 5! We loved it so much. It is so clean and the rooms smell wonderful. You have the most amazing view, the breakfasts are filling and delicious and you have your own private hanging bridge! It’s right beside the butterfly garden which I also suggest visiting. 10/10 stay. There are cute little white faced monkeys there as well but they may steal some food and belongings, they are crafty.

Beautiful overlooking the ocean. Love the newly renovated rooms . The staff is very friendly and accommodating . I am looking forward to coming back. Best choice for Canadians coming south.
