About
A small-batch coffee roaster run by husband-and-wife Marco and Andrea, who walk you through a tasting, explain the picking and roasting, and pack the beans in front of you — inspecting them one by one. Visitors describe the honey-process and dark roasts as standouts, smooth and not bitter, and end up buying bags to carry home. Prices draw praise given the care involved.

Amazing coffee roaster! Marco and Andrea are incredibly kind and welcoming, great to talk to, and the tasting was delicious. The coffee was excellent! We loved it so much that we brought some bags back home with us.
Kudos and mucho gracias to Andrea and Marco for being so passionate about your art of roasting coffee, and taking the time to explain it to us, and provide a sample before buying. We had their coffee in two locations in Coco and the cappuccinos were great. Smooth and dark but not overpowering and definitely not bitter. I now know why oily beans aren’t a good thing 😳
We got lucked out to find this custom coffee roaster to bring back home perfect gift. Marco and Andria are the husband and wife running the business, paying detailed attention to each customer. We tasted medium and dark roaster and like them both. They pack coffee beans in front of you, inspecting each bean! If you are visiting Costa Rica, make sure to visit Big Fingers!
