Casa Montańa

Casa Montaña is stunning. From the moment you enter the villa, you’re looking at the furnishings and amenities and planning where you’ll start unwinding first, only to find yourself mesmerized by the views of the landscape and Pacific Ocean from the rooms or, especially, the infinity pool. Daily, while we explored Costa Rica, our private chef (Chef Marco – ask for him, he’s outstanding) was building spectacular evening meals with a snack, an appetizer and a fabulous entrée. We spent 5 pampered days there and were wishing we had a 6th day to enjoy it all just one more time. Did I mention, Casa Montaña is stunning!

We just got home from staying at this property. It was fantastic! Four suites, all with attached bath, all with amazing views across the negative edge pool out to the playa Hermosa and Pacific Ocean below. The whole feel of the recently remodeled private and public spaces was laid back comfortable luxury. Swinging chairs, lounge sofas everywhere, Sonos speakers in every public area, shady outdoor dining (we never even used the elegant dining table for 12 inside but it was gorgeous). Chef’s kitchen, but we didn’t cook either, because the concierge service that comes with the property arranged for Chef Marco, who created tasty and beautiful local dishes (we requested typical Costa Rican fare but you can have anything). We asked about activities and boom! They arranged a beautiful sunset cruise, we were picked up right from the beach below and ferried out to the sailboat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Wonderful stay at Casa Montaña** I stayed at Casa Montaña in Costa Rica last week with a group of friends, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The setting is absolutely beautiful. We woke up every morning to incredible views, and the house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well set up for a group. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, spend time together, and still have moments of quiet when we wanted them. Casa Montaña was the perfect home base for our trip. Whether we were heading out to explore, cooking meals together, or just enjoying the property, it always felt welcoming and easy to settle into. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear a lot of care has gone into making it a great place for guests. We made a lot of great memories here, and everyone in our group agreed that we would happily stay again. I highly recommend Casa Montaña to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in Costa Rica.
