About
A beachfront hotel on the quiet stretch of Playa Hermosa, with large, high-ceilinged rooms, artwork along the halls, and ocean-view seating for morning coffee (included early). Guests come back for the beach loungers, massages under the palm trees, and the resident monkeys and cats. The on-site restaurant draws a loyal crowd (ask for the garlic mahi mahi or the típico plate), and the staff are warmly praised.

We loved our stay in this small beachside hotel. We were only there for one night but wished we would have stayed longer. It was very clean, safe and quiet. Our room was very large with high ceilings and a very modern bathroom. Beautiful artwork lined the hallways and there were seating areas overlooking the ocean. They have sunbeds and chairs on the beach and offer massages under the palm trees which looked amazing. We saw tons of monkeys in the mango trees next door. We ate our meals at the restaurant on site. The food was average but the service was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!
5 stars for what it is. For us, an overnight stay. Clean, surprisingly quiet, comfortable, safe. Price was high but you are paying for beachfront. Quaint hotel, we found it cute with character and well maintained for the most part. Rooms are thoughtfully updated but will need some detailing in the bathrooms with water issues on the wood countertops (was not a problem for us) - also the shower was extremely slow to drain - had to wait 10 min between showers but again no problem for us. Bed was quite comfortable; lighting, fan and a/c worked great. I wouldn’t stay here solely for the pool it didn’t look particularly inviting. Coffee from the restaurant is included from 6 am - 12 pm, cups are provided in the room - there is a cozy guest seating area above the restaurant for morning coffee or evening chats. We found the restaurant to be quite good, the staff are lovely and even though we were only here for one night we can see why folks choose to come here for longer and year after year - definitely a friendly and welcoming crew. Dinner and breakfast were good/great. They do offer a garlic mahi mahi even though we didn’t see it on the menu, it was tasty. We’d stay here again if needing an overnight near Liberia airport. It was nice to have breakfast with a view and a nice walk on the beach before our flight.
What a wonderful vacation! We recently stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted. From the very first moment, you could tell they care for you: friendly staff, quick check-in, and a genuine desire to help with any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail—from the comfortable bed to the pleasant compliments of tea, coffee, and little touches. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with beautiful green areas and seating areas. Breakfast is a special treat: delicious, varied, and always fresh. We were especially impressed by the attentive service of the restaurant staff. The atmosphere is also worth mentioning—calm, comfortable, and conducive to a truly relaxing stay. We never encountered any inconveniences during our entire stay. The hotel completely met all our expectations and more. We will definitely return and confidently recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality, comfort, and hospitality!
