Zindis Vacation Rentals

10/10 recommend Zindis! Edgar and Javier were very quick to respond to questions when we were looking for Gluten Free recommendations on food! They even helped line up flowers from a local company for my wife on Valentines Day and had them delivered to the house. We stayed at Casa Cinco Sinsotes for 7 nights. The check in process was simple, and easy. The neighborhood was in a gated area, and then the house has it's own gate as well so its a nice, safe, relaxing and comfortable spot. Ginger's restaurant in Play Hermosa, and Sal y Fuego are great dinner spots.

We booked a 3 bedroom condominium at Play Pacífico in Coco Costa Rica for one week. We used Zindis and could not have been more pleased. If you vacation in Costa Rica things will go wrong because…Costa Rica! So it about how a management company responds to problems that count. Upon arrival we found out we were not expected until the next day. It was a reservation glitch and they quickly realized the mistake was on their end. They scrambled and got us settled in another place for the first night. They helped us move our stuff in and out (up 3 flights of stairs) and into the new place the next morning. And handed me $200 for the trouble. The next morning the coffee maker didn’t work. They ran out and bought a new coffee maker. I was impressed. Zindis values customer service.

Just returned from a family trip where we stayed at Casa Bella in Pacifico. House was great. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was very well equipped, views were beautiful and there was plenty of gear for a day visit to the beach. The people at Zindis organized our trip from pick up and drop off at the airport, our tour and even advise on best gluten free restaurants in the area. We had a couple issues at the house but our house manager Lissa dealt with them quickly and that was greatly appreciated. It is our 3rd time staying at a Zindis managed property and we have had a great experience every time.
