I am disappointed by the offer. The lady who sold me the tour was nice and friendly but at the end I didn’t find what she sold me. The core tour (lodge at Tortuguero) was respected but not the other stops and features (ex: visit at banana plantation was completely missed). I had two guides in the tour: one was great, the second was really and and completely unhelpful.
Last-minute changes to hotel accommodations, lack of communication, the agency's lack of knowledge regarding procedures with the airline, and the person who sold us the package no longer worked for them, so they denied things we had negotiated with him. The guides and destinations were beautiful, but I don't recommend the agency.
I am very grateful for the service they provide; it was very professional and friendly. Excellent coordination of tours and hotels. Thank you for allowing me to have an unforgettable experience.
