Authentic Argentinian empanadas, made fresh and homemade, from a small San José spot across from KFC. The owner gets named repeatedly for being warm and steering you toward empanadas you haven't tried yet, and vegetarians report plenty of options worth ordering. Regulars call the empanadas so good they'll stop on the way to the airport to grab a batch to take home.

A great place for some incredible and authentic Argentinian empanadas. The owner is extremely friendly and always has great recommendations.. in case you haven't tried all the empanadas yet! 🙌
Omgoodness these are so delicious I had to stop here on the way to the airport!! I had visited another one of their locations yesterday and I was absolutely impressed! Also this location they were so nice, big smiles, super helpful!! I got some to go to bring home to the US and surprise my husband with! I'm a vegetarian and they have so many good options! Right across from KFC easy to find
Highly recommended. I had a great experience with the empanadas, I really liked them. The service is excellent. I want to congratulate the person who helped me for providing such great customer service and delicious empanadas.
