An entirely gluten-free bakery in San Jose that even non-celiac visitors rave about - the pastries come out impossibly flaky, the arepas win converts, and there are vegan and refined-sugar-free options too. Beyond baking, the cafe menu turns out plated dishes like a cubed-tuna toast and a burrata salad, and there's a plant-filled outdoor patio. Prices run steep, but few regret it.

WHAT A GEM OF A PLACE! Do NOT miss the opportunity to eat here!!!! Food allergy or not, you will love it! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. My husband has no food allergies and is still raving about the arepas he had. I don’t know how they get their pastries so flakey, but this is by far the best GF bakery I have ever eaten at. They also have an adorable outdoor cafe area with lots of plants. RUN DON’T WALK!
So delicious!! They even have vegan options and refined sugar free option desserts!
Obsessed is an understatement. Don’t miss the opportunity to eat here. Pastries were so flaky and flavourful. I am dreaming of this place!!
