In my experience, the organization of the Costa Rican team left much to be desired, especially in a group composed mostly of senior citizens. From my perspective, basic support was lacking at crucial moments: assistance getting off the bus, clear directions along the routes, support for people with health issues, and closer monitoring during activities. On several occasions, passengers from the same group ended up providing the help I would have expected from the staff in charge. With good intentions, one person in the group shared comments with the agency, requesting complete confidentiality, as they were constructive observations. However, from what I could see, this confidentiality was not handled properly: the person's name was shared with the guides, and the information was distorted. This poor communication even led to an uncomfortable incident: the Spanish guide made a public complaint in front of the entire group, based on incorrect information, when ironically she was one of the most responsible professionals during the tour. The conflict did not stem from her, but from the agency's internal management and the way the comments were conveyed. All of this generated unnecessary tension and did not produce any real improvements in the Costa Rican team's performance. In my experience, the agency showed significant weaknesses in information protection, professional feedback handling, and basic logistical coordination. In conclusion, and always speaking from my personal experience, this service fell short in organization, support, and responsible management of internal communication. I suggest future travelers consider these aspects before booking. This opinion is based solely on my personal experience during a tour of Europe with Galería de Viajes. I share it so that other travelers can evaluate whether this service meets their expectations.
