A downtown San Jose pizzeria doing creative Detroit-style pan pies - fluffy, crunchy and loaded - in a modern room with old-school hip hop playing and rooftop seating upstairs. The standout that keeps coming up is the Chicken Makhani pizza, creamy and lightly spiced enough that Indian visitors say it tastes like home. Friendly staff, several of whom speak strong English.

Seating available on the 2nd and open roof top seating. Variety of Pan pizzas available. I ordered the mushrooms pie. It didn't taste like New York Pizza but I liked it.
Gilbertas is the top pizza place In Costa Rica . This is my 3rd visit to this awesome pizza parlor . Andres is the top chef of this establishment . I give 5 star for this pizza joint. You have to come and tastes this authentic tasty pizza. They have pollo makhani pizza with top savory sauces. Tasty water running from your mouth. Please go and taste this tastiest pizza ever . The staff was very friendly , JP, the second chef, Veronica the pretty cashier. I ate it so Much my stomach so full and feels good about it
Fluffy, crunchy, juicy, creative Detroit style pizza in the center of San Jose. I generally like napolitano minimalist pizzas but these ones hit the spot. Being an Indian I can tell that the Chicken Makhani pizza made me feel like in India. It is creamy, tangy, lightly sweet, tiny bit spicy, just like it should be. Also tried pepperoni pizza. Everything feels very fresh. The modern chic ambiance along with old school hip hop music is pretty rad. Will definitely eat here again the days when I want to eat messy-loaded-heavy pizzas.
