Hotel and Casino Taormina San Jose

This place was amazing. Right in the downtown area within walking distance to just about anything you need. With the establishment being 24/7 operation or was perfect for us. Everyone was extremely accommodating and welcoming. I will be back in 3-4 months and will certainly be staying here every time. See you soon

Booked this last minute after a very late flight to San Jose with my husband and small children. This is NOT a family hotel, there were sex workers outside and in the lobby/ casino. When we got to our room there was a hotel branded sex toy catalogue which my 9 year old found. Rooms were not super clean. Breakfast was good though and staff were very kind.

The hotel was pretty nice, big rooms, lively atmosphere. My complaint is with the receptionist, Monica Bonita. She could not have been more rude especially first thing in the morning! Even after realizing her own mistake, no apologies nothing, she just carried on with her terrible attitude!
