Vibrant, 2nd story bar open/overlooking the busy street below. Beer is cold, service is good.
Upstairs--- the server, she didnt her tequila. We just wanted a marquerita by the time we got the marquerita it was salty then we were charged double for the drinks. The service used to be good years ago but now dont waste your time. Bartender can't make drinks. Also not a roof top...
Waitress knew my order, yet took advantage of my cultural ignorance, and sold me something that was not the promotion. When confronted about this, she acted dumb and said I only ordered the pizza, which was totally wrong. I ordered the promotion that came with a bucket of beer, but the waitress decided to sell me something else. There was no admission and no apology. Tourists beware, you may be taken advantage of.
