About
Step past a plain exterior into bright, thoughtfully decorated shared spaces — playful color schemes, a little living room with books and games, and a good shared kitchen. The hosts run check-in over WhatsApp and get praised as kind and quick to help, and private rooms and bathrooms come clean and spacious. It sits right at the edge of San José's Chinatown, steps from restaurants and dessert spots; note that nighttime noise can carry.

I arrived late and the staff waited to check me in. My room and private bathroom were spotless and comfortable. The shower is powerful but too cool on full power so I went for a warmer version. I arrived at night so it was quiet out. It seems to be situated in their version of Chinatown but felt a nice place to walk around and people were friendly
This is the second year I have stayed. And this place is awesome. And the people are very friendly. Yana is a wonderful host and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to stay. And the large suite is absolutely worth the price because of the size, the view and the amenities. But if you're looking for smaller size, they can accommodate as all of the rooms are nice.
The positives It’s a bargain for what you get. Well kept, clean, lovely decor The negative The noise is unbearable from the club, even with ear plugs I could hear it. It’s such a shame because it really is too loud to be able to relax or sleep after a certain time The location although central I did not feel safe walking around after dark
