About
A small San José cafetería where friendly, quick service and good, well-priced coffee are the strengths, alongside a generous 'mano de piedra' sandwich people single out. Opinions on the pastries and cakes run inconsistent, so lean into the coffee and savory options. A clean, tidy spot for a quick, affordable stop.

La comida sabe añeja, el café recalentado en micro onda, no tienen idea de lo que es un latte o capuchino, Food tastes stale, coffee is heat up in microwave, could not even hold the cup as it was too hot, don't even bother for latte or cappuccino, coming here is throwing money away
Very good customer service. I tried a cone with cream and it was delicious. I recommend to stop by this store. Nice seating area as well.
Congratulations! 🎉 My husband and I stopped by Merayo for coffee, and the service was truly excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and served us very quickly. The "mano de piedra" sandwich was delicious 😋, the coffee is wonderful ☕️, and the prices are very reasonable for anyone who wants to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a generous portion. My only comment, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars, is that we ordered a slice of coconut cake 🍰🥥 because it looked delicious in the display case. However, when we tasted it, the cake was too dry, and the coconut topping was also dry; I expected a smoother cream. It was more like caramel. That's the only issue, just a constructive criticism. Otherwise, everything was truly excellent. Note: The place was very clean, and the bathroom was equally clean 👌
