About
A quiet small-town bakery in San José that stocks the basics well and, surprisingly, those Zarza glass-bottle sodas one shopper hadn't seen in years. Reviewers say the bread is good for the price and the service excellent. It's low-key with little signage, the kind of everyday spot for a loaf and a nostalgic soda rather than a big pastry destination.

I didn't see a huge variety, but it wasn't bad either. For the price, the bread was good, and what I loved was finding those Zarza glass sodas, which I hadn't seen in years! The place isn't very busy, and there isn't much signage. I didn't see a wide variety of pastries and other items, but I'm not saying they were scarce. They have just what you need for a small-town bakery.
