A striking room set at the back of a casino connected to a San José hotel, where the passion-fruit mojito comes loaded with fresh fruit and the lunches land huge; the grilled salmon and churrasco both get named. Hotel guests get a 20% discount. Service reports are uneven, including one diner who felt overlooked, so the food is the sure thing here.

Fun atmosphere in the dining room. You have to walk past the casino o to get in. The passion fruit mojito has fresh fruit in it. It is amazing! Our lunches were huge and delicious. I had a traditional plate with fish, rice, beans, plantains, and Coleslaw. My partner had the sea bass with vegetables. Everything was delicious!
I had the grilled salmon dinner, which was delicious. But more than that, the service at this restaurant is just about the best I've ever received anywhere. The servers are so nice and so accommodating without being intrusive. I felt truly cared for. The restaurant is in the back of casino (in a section without any casino machines), which is connected to the hotel I was staying at. FYI, guests get a 20% discount at the restaurant. Highly recommend.
Passable spaghetti bolognese with no frills. The sauce was a bit watery as if they didn’t drain the pasta well enough. Garlic bread was slightly burned. Service and ambiance was pleasant.
