A friendly ground-floor spot in San José's Colón building where the people are the headline, called some of the nicest around, alongside good prices, a big menu and a relaxed room with free wifi. It's an easy stop for a meal or a drink. One diner did wait a while and found the breakfast eggs bland, so mornings can be uneven.
