About
A Colombian family puts its own spin on tico standards here, and the tomato-based salsa, plus actual hot sauce that's rare in San José, is what regulars rave about. Come hungry for the Bandeja Paisa, the Saturday Lechona special, chifrijo, patacones, and arepas. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, at prices three people can share cheaply. Servers stay busy but genuinely kind.

Very good food! The owner is from Colombia so they do a bit of their own twist on tico food. They have hot sauce! Picture is of Chifrijo Great place !
The food was just a typical casado; how can you do much to vary from one restaurant to the next. But the salsa was the first really nice tomato-based salsa that I have found in San Jose. Service was excellent, prices good.
Very nice food and service, good prices. We love the Salsa.
