About
The draw here is the second-floor perch over Avenida Central, a clean, fast café where you can watch the plaza while working through a cappuccino and a slice of Torta Chilena, a longtime favorite. Coffee and desserts are the sure bets; the savory food is fine but can run pricey. Good WiFi and spotless restrooms for a downtown break.

Located in a very busy spot, this restaurant offers a nice dining area on its second floor. However, the food was just about ok and the pricing was quite high. I paid 8200 colones for a sandwich, fries and a latte.
I had an ensalada de salmon and a limonada de fresa, and both were good. The service, on the other hand, was not good. Downstairs is takeout, upstairs is dine in. There is a register upstairs where you pay when you're done eating. You don't recieve a check/bill, you just have to give the cashier your table number.
Overall was ok. The food was fine. Came out fast. The drinks were ok. The dessert was great! Service was ok - no complaining. The place was clean. We sit outside and we enjoyed the view of the strip
