I was highly pleased with 2 of your representatives regarding a short tour to a volcanic site on 30 Jan, 2026. The agent at Gran Hotel managed to find me a tour on short notice which fit well with my last day in your country. He also gave a lot of good information about places of interest with walking distance of the Hotel Gran. The other was my tour guide, Luis. He was very informative regarding history and points of interest, as well as rounding out the tour with a beautiful (Los Angeles) cathedral on the way back to the hotel. Sincere thanks to these 2 people for adding to an already pleasing memory for a fantastic trip!

My husband and I were in Costa Rica and decided to take a tour. We went with this company, since they offered so many different types of tours and the customer service was awesome. We went with the rainforest tour, and it was a day we'll remember for the rest of our lives! Our tour guide Adrian was phenomenal! He was fun, engaging, kind and most importantly he did a wonderful job guiding us through the La Paz waterfalls, the volcano and the coffee farm. Obviously the views of these locations were amazing itself, but to have a well versed tour guide who knows the area and the best local shops to stop at and immerse yourself in is everything! From start to finish everything was easy, from booking the tour, to front door service pick up and drop off. The tour also came with food, which was amazing!! By the end of the day, we felt like family. I really could go on and on, but I'll just say this, my husband and I have been to many countries, and this is one of the best tours we've been on.

Louis gave us a great all-day experience starting with a coffee farm, Poas Volcano and La Paz Waterfall Garden. Highly recommend.
