About
A pan-Asian institution in the heart of San José, where the menu is organized by country and the Korean chicken is the dish people name first, big enough to share. The decor and ambiance draw real admiration, vegetarians are well served, and the staff make guests feel looked after. It runs on the expensive side, but most say it's worth it.

We followed the stars and reviews and they were accurate. The variety of Asian food is wide. We had Chinese and Korean and were delicious. Our favorite was the Korean chicken. Consider the portions, one dish can serve two persons.
Tin Jo has a nice atmosphere. The decor and ambiance is very appealing. And the staff was also really nice and accommodating. The wait time for the food was a bit long but it was a Sunday afternoon and they were full to capacity. When the food arrived, everything looked delicious. But the flavor overall was a little subpar for me. The portions are decent but I just didn't think it was worth the price. However, I would definitely go back to try out the other menu options they offer.
Invited to a group luncheon here. The decor and ambiance were very nice, the food was good, and the service excellent. The saying, “you get what you pay for,” rings true I guess, but I am not in the income bracket to pay $40 for lunch. I had no choice this time to be part of the group, but I won't be back because of prices. But for those of you who can afford high-end dining, this is a nice place.
