About
A roadside breakfast-and-coffee stop that Airbnb hosts around Uvita keep recommending, with a big menu, fair prices, and coffee that more than one traveler called the best they had had. Come for gallo pinto with eggs, avocado, and cheese, a big omelette, or a blackberry smoothie, with quick service and a warm welcome from Ronald. The one honest catch: it sits right on the highway, so it can get loud.

GOOD small little cafe/restaurant! It is located right by the road so it can get quite noisy. Food was okay, but did not hit that “wow!” moment. Staff were friendly but not exactly talkative or engaging. They had some soft jazz music playing in the background and it is outdoor seating. Free WiFi available and dog-friendly. Wait time was not long at all, we spent a max of 30-40 minutes for all the meals. Good menu variety. Overall, if you’re looking for a quick casual breakfast this is your place, if you want something with more flavor or kick to it I would go somewhere else!
Stopped in for an iced mocha and was so glad I did! The BEST tasting coffee I've come across EVER! We ended up having lunch and it was great! The only reason for 4 stars on atmosphere was because it's right on the highway and very loud. But, WILL be going there again..for sure.
Everything was so good !!! Is a must stop to eat and grab some food for sure. We ate package with fruits, 2 guava juices, coffee, gallo pinto with eggs avocado and cheese and an huge omelette for the hubby, plus one bag of coffee to go and total was 23000 colones. Pretty good 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
