Please like and follow. Checked this gym today. The location is excellent on the main highway connecting Manuell Antoni to Palmar Norte. The sign is big, and its entrance is almost private. The reception is minimal but courticious. What matters most is the gym layout, cleanliness, machines, and attendees. The place is large and has many machines that would allow you to do a full body workout. All machines are in great shape and functional. In addition, there are dumbells on racks and barbells and cardio machines. I am impressed, and I will be back for a workout. Since I am traveling, I will be paying on a daily basis a 3000 Costarican Colon. Or US 6. For the parking there are fee spots in front of the plaza.

Best gym I’ve been to in Costa Rica. Has an area with plenty of space for cross fit and other exercises + an area with several machines. Good place for a good full work out. 3,000 colones for a day pass and 11,000 for a week. They have a month membership too. Went around 1pm and there were about 6-7 people. Didn’t feel crowded though. Photos of me avoiding people in them. Highly recommend. Will go again this week!
