About
A newer open-air spot surrounded by greenery, where you dine under the sky and time dinner to the sunset. Cooking leans on olive and coconut oil and butter with mostly grilled dishes, so flavors come out clean; the fresh Mahi Mahi is a repeat favorite. The two-for-one happy hour from 4 to 5:30 pulls people back again and again, and if you eat or drink you can use the pool. Warm, attentive service throughout.

I manage several villas in the area, and ever since this new restaurant opened in town, I’ve been recommending it to my guests. The service is excellent and the food is always fresh and high quality. They cook using olive oil, coconut oil, and butter, and most of the dishes are grilled, which gives everything a clean and delicious flavor. The restaurant itself is beautiful. You can really feel the care and heart they put into creating a special atmosphere. It’s open, surrounded by greenery and plants, and you can see the sky while dining — making it the perfect place to enjoy happy hour and the colors of the sunset.
What amazing staff, drinks & food. We happened to come upon this place when walking to the beach - we saw the sign that said happy hour 4-5:30 pm two for one. We ended up coming here for happy hour six times! We also tried the food a few times and it was an exceptional and much better than we expected. The owner herself invited us to a special night in which they had live entertainment with a fire dancer and our food was fabulous and we had a great time. You can use the pool if you eat/drink.. very nice high end vacation vibe tucker away from the madness. Go have happy hour & please tell the lovely Lady (her name) or Andres that Beth sent you. Will always swing by here in Uvita.
Had a wonderful experience today at Aura Restaurant in Uvita. Leidy prepared a beautifully fresh Mahi Mahi exactly the kind of fish you hope for in this season. The flavor was clean, the texture perfect, and you could tell it had just come from local waters. Service was warm and attentive, and the whole place has that calm Pura vida energy that makes you want to linger a little longer.
