At Cabinas Bamboo in Uvita, serenity seems woven into every detail of the landscape. The cabinas rest quietly among tall trees, their bamboo walls blending seamlessly with the forest that surrounds them. The air is warm and heavy with the scent of earth and greenery, alive with the faint hum of cicadas and the occasional call of a toucan hidden high in the canopy. Here, mornings begin with sunlight filtering gently through the leaves, casting shifting patterns of gold and green across the ground. You might catch the rustle of iguanas moving through the underbrush or glimpse capuchin monkeys leaping gracefully from branch to branch. The sound of the ocean is never far away — a soft, rhythmic reminder that the shoreline lies just beyond the trees, waiting with its expanse of sand and the rolling breath of waves. At night, the forest deepens into a tranquil hush. The chorus of frogs begins, and the cool ocean breeze drifts through, carrying the scent of salt and flowers. This place is kind of magical. We loved the owner who is always watching and maintaining security of the area. It's very peaceful, while enjoying wildlife around.
Jesus is the best, most kind guy. Loved my short stay here. Would reccomend
Dana and Jesus have a lot of heart. They were very welcoming and authentically giving. It is always so special while traveling to feel more like a guest than an occupant. Thank you Dana y Jesus! Bambu was great!
