Worse customer service and most archaic system. It's hard to believe that with the technology that exists today, I have to wait 2 days to receive a replacement debit and 24 hours, after coming in in person to update my identification info they still tell me the process of updatingmy info has not been finalized. 4hrs of wait time and 2 trips later, still no card. My time is more valuable than this. I'm moving my money to a different bank.

Always take this ticket for a line. If you leave the bank office than you must take a new ticket even if your first ticket is not yet passed, they say you can not leave a bank with a ticket to wait outside, this is so strange. Workers were very polite. The bank guard is Very polite positive person, attentive. I did not use ATM, but just my bank account. For me service is friendly. Thanks

ATM has stolen 200.000 C and the account was charged. immediately. After waiting almost 2 hours in the bank to claim the transaction, the bank employee said "contact your bank". This situation happened on Jan 23, '24 and until today this topic has not been resolved. When you plan to go to Corcovado you can only pay with the cash. Have enough USD to avoid local ATM's:(((
