Under new owners, Kefersi has shifted its focus from bar to kitchen, and regulars now call it one of the cleanest, best-laid-out restaurants in Uvita. The food is honest and well-priced with big portions, from fresh fish and chicken nachos to ceviche, and the turtle egg drink gets flagged as a must-try. Eric and Fabricio are the attentive faces out front, a couple of blocks from the beach.

Eric and Fabricio are amazing and attentive!! Great food and atmosphere. It was our canteen eating spot everyday and we come back again. Love the turtle egg drink, must try if you guys are in the area
My wife and I have driven past Kefersi many times. We decided to give them a try tonight. This has to be the cleanest restaurant in Uvita. The bar is very nicely laid out and the dining room is also very nice. The fish I had tonight was tasty. My wife's chicken nachos were delicious. Apparently this restaurants use to be a real dive. But they have new owners and are now focusing on food more than the bar. If your in the area I would recommend giving them a try.
Delicious and reasonably priced food. Big portions. Good service. On weekends, they play music at night. Went for early lunch and was the only group at the restaurant, however it does get a bit busier at night. 4x4 not needed, but need to go really slow driving a 2x4.
