Bettel's Laundry-Lavandería

Sweet polite lady but very disorganized. She charged us 2500CRC per kilo and said the laundry would be ready the next day by 10am. We said we need it definitely by 11 since we needed to pack up and check out. At 10:40, the clothes weren’t ready yet, she apologized and said she slept in and we said it was ok - it happens. We went to pick up the clothes again at 11:30, and realized the clothes were all mixed up (washed and dried) with other people’s laundry. After going back to the hotel to pack up the clothes, we realized that one of my 2 swimsuits was missing. Went back again, to ask for it and searched for at least 20mins and she insisted that there was only one in the wash. Ultimately, found it packed someone else’s laundry. Lost so much time.

rude and very expensive we asked if they can do at least 30 degree wash, but it was only cold water wash (any detergent starts working with 30° temperature, unless its enzyme, which is not the case here), washing machine ia super rusty and it costs 5$ per kilo… and when we decided not to pay 10$ for this “wash”, she told us “to save 10$ go and wash in the river”.

2kg laundry was 10$ (USD) and it was ready the same day, thank you 🙏🏻
