Cabinas D'Val

Everything you needed is here. Lovely stocked ourdoor kitchen with a fan. Great blender and ice in the freezer. Rhe room also had a small fridge and kitchenette. The bed was the most comfortable I had in Costa Rica. A.C worked great. Quiet safe location. Scott the host was wonderful. Great price and location, 5 minute walk to the beach. We also walked to the Whales Tail 45 minutes on the beach. Good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at Cabinas D'Val! Perfectly located in Bahia close to the entrance to the national park, it's a beautiful property true to the pictures. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need (The beds are particularly comfortable!). The common areas are also very well designed and a perfect place to relax at any point during the day. I would highly recommend to anyone stopping in Uvita, including solo-travelers. As a bonus, Scott is a wonderful and gracious host! He immediately made me feel welcome and provided several great recommendations for the trip. Wish I could have stayed longer, but will certainly be back on my next trip! Thank you again, Scott!

Scott was a great host and made us feel very welcome! The parking was nice and easy and we felt very secure at the property. The cooking facilities were very helpful and well stocked with all the necessary utensils and a few condiments. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. Very good location in Uvita. Any questions, Scott very kindly answered. Only tiny complaint was the curtains were rather thin and let light in - other than that, excellent!
